Elijah has successfully had his bone marrow transplant, his latest bone marrow aspiration came out clean (no cancer cells) and had a phenomenal surgery to remove the tumor in his belly.  He has been through so much and is not close to being finished.

Eli's next battle is going to be enduring numerous rounds of radiation.  His family will have to drive daily for his treatments in Orlando.  We would love to be able to provide their family with gas cards to make this time a little more bearable.  My goal is to raise $500 to present them a Hess card.  If you would like to contribute, you can send either a Hess card or a check made out to PP (but gas card noted in memo) to Parker's Pals.  If you would like to send a card to them directly you can do that as well.

**update...I emailed the company to see if children under 7 could partake in this.  Their response was that this has ended for 2008 and sign ups will begin again May 2009.  So, mark that date on your calendars.  If you'd still like to hold your own personal lemonade stand - go for it and still send in the pics! Thank you!
